His "Strength & Mass" programs are highly regarded as one of the most dedicated and comprehensive post season sport specific developmental methodologies within the hockey/athletic market today.

Dino is the youngest personal trainer in Bally Sports/Chicago Health Club history & holds that distinction within the ranks of the Pacific Hockey League and his work is required in every major sport, both from a team perspective and individually.  He is currently the
Strength & Conditioning Director for the Deer River, Minnesota wrestling team which has achieved unprecedented success under Head
Coack Mark Motherway as a small school participating against much bigger schools and tournaments around the state.

As Director for Strength & Conditioning for the Iron Range Yellow Jackets 2000-2002, the 3 year in a row Minnesota Junior Hockey League Champions won over 100 hundred games in less than 3 years with only a handful of losses - remaining nearly unbeatable in Junior A play as a Junioor B team in the Superior Junior Hockey League in Canada.

As Head Coach for the Hyland Hills Jaguars in Westminster , Colorado 2004 the Midget Minor AA U-16 team won the league championship.  The Jaguars travelled up to Trail, British Columbia where they made history by winning an all Midget AA Major Canadian tournament as the only American team participating - as a Midget Minor club playing in a Midget Major tournament.  The Jaguars then travelled to Sweden playing a series of games throughout the Gothenburg area winning every game against both U-16 & Junior A teams save for one, Dino's alma mater in Molndal, coached by colleague & friend Hakan Olsson.

While he was the Asst. Coach & Strength & Conditioning Director for the Colorado Outlaws 2005-2006 ( AAA Major & Minor ) an unprecedented number of players were moved onto Junior A programs each year, while securing the Colorado state & Rocky Mountain district championship.

In 2006 after being selected by New York Ranger Henrik Lundquist & PJ Axelsson of the Boston Bruins as the only American to conduct the on-ice drills for the Swedish Junior Summer program they run in Ronnang, Sweden - Dino accepted a position at Iowa State University as the Cyclones Assistant Coach, Strength & Conditioning specialist, Head Coach for Defence & Head Coach for the Junior Varsity program.  The Varsity Cyclones went on to become the CSCHL Conference Champions and the Junior Varsity team became the Great Plains Conference Champions.  The first time in Iowa State Cyclone history - that both teams in one year captured both conference championships.

Dino currently conducts training camps, works at various hockey schools, runs his Strength & Mass program, evaluates and scouts players from around the world for the Iowa State Cyclone hockey program.
